The Product

MetaSphere is densified metakaolin with Chapelle reactivity of 1,350–1,450, among the most reactive SCMs available. Delivered as a dense bead, it introduces cleanly into a ready-mix truck and grinds to a fine, reactive powder inside the drum.

How it works

Load normally
Spherical beads are introduced during the cement-loading phase of standard batching, by silo, pneumatic truck, or super sack.
The drum grinds
Roughly 90 revolutions on high pulverize the spheres completely and disperse them into the paste fraction.
