MetaSphere is our flagship, but the real asset is the process behind it: taking high-purity mineral feedstocks and engineering them into dense, free-flowing spheres. That capability serves cement replacement today, and a growing range of sorbent applications alongside it.

Cementitious Materials

MetaSphere: our supplementary cementitious material

A highly reactive, densified calcined clay that replaces 20% of Portland cement in ready-mix concrete, field-validated, low-dust, and built to drop into existing batching processes.

Spherical Sorbents

The same shape that helps concrete helps absorption

A familiar example is premium clumping cat litter: dense, dust-free, consistent granules that absorb efficiently and hold their shape. The engineering behind that is the same platform we use for industrial sorbents, controlled particle size, high density, and minimal dust.

How we make it

From raw clay to engineered sphere

A high-level look at our process. The specifics of our densification are proprietary, but the sequence is straightforward.

Wet-process purification

Raw kaolin is wet-cleaned to remove impurities, yielding a feedstock that is nearly 100% kaolin, the foundation of our high reactivity.

Calcination

The purified clay is calcined to convert it into highly reactive metakaolin, activating its pozzolanic behavior.

Drying & processing

Fluidized-bed processing controls moisture and particle characteristics ahead of forming.

Densification

Material is engineered into dense, free-flowing spheres, the form factor that sets MetaSphere apart.
